Each month, we carefully select eight different teas, with every tea representing a different style, origin, or category. Every sample contains 15 grams of tea, providing enough leaf for two or even three tasting sessions. This allows you to revisit the same tea, experiment with different brewing approaches and parameters, and gradually discover the subtle changes in aroma, texture, flavour, and aftertaste that make great tea so fascinating.

Every sample is accompanied by a QR code leading to detailed information about the tea's history, production methods, terroir, organoleptic profile, recommended brewing techniques, and personal reflections from the founder of AN SHIM TEA. These resources are designed to guide you through every tasting and help you better understand the craftsmanship, philosophy, and culture behind each tea.

You can simply follow our monthly Subscription Sets, allowing us to guide your tea journey through a carefully curated seasonal selection. If you wish to explore a particular tea culture or category in greater depth, you can also choose one of our additional themed selections dedicated to specific countries, tea types, or educational topics.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription set will be carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, allowing you to begin your next tea discovery as soon as possible.
