ABOUT
This tea can undoubtedly be called a unique and unparalleled example of the highest craftsmanship. It is made from leaves harvested from old trees and processed using a one-of-a-kind proprietary technology that incorporates elements of black tea production and relatively prolonged fermentation under humid conditions. The goal is to achieve a specific level of fermentation of the tea leaves for further post-fermentation. The tea is pressed into 350-gram cakes for future storage and flavor development. It is made from first-class raw materials, consisting of a combination of buds and two leaves, which can be seen in the beautiful texture of this tea. Due to its unique and relatively short fermentation process, this tea stands out among all other fermented teas in our collection, making it even more interesting.
