HEI CHA (DARK/FERMENTED TEA)

Due to complex chemical processes during the fermentation of the tea leaves, this type of tea has a very unusual taste and special beneficial properties on a human's body. MORE

MAO CHA

Mao Cha translates as "rough tea" and means that this tea is unfinished and is in an intermediate stage of production. This term is used for a tea material that is ready to be steamed and pressed in case of Sheng (Raw) Pu'Er production or further fermentation process during Shu (Ripe) Pu'Er production. This type of tea is also used for blending and further storage before being pressed into 'cakes'.

SHENG (RAW) PU'ER

Sheng (Raw) Pu'er is a naturally aged tea, traditionally made from wild old tea trees. The taste is always multifaceted and deep with fruity, honey, and woody notes. It changes over time and becomes more softer and richer.

SHU (RIPE) PU'ER

Shu (Ripe) Pu'er is an artificially aged tea, which has gone through a long and complex production process, similar to Hei Cha. As a result, it has a very mild and rich taste, as well as unique beneficial properties.
