BADASHAN SHU PU'ER 2018

ORIGIN
Bada Shan Mountain is located in Menghai County, on the border of Xishuangbanna and Myanmar (Burma). The highest altitude reaches 2249 meters, the average annual temperature is 17 ° C, and the relative humidity is 85%. Excellent climatic conditions contribute to the growth and development of the tea tree with a unique taste and character. Bada Mountain is one of the places containing the largest number of old-growth forests in Xishuangbanna. Some of the oldest and largest ancient tea trees in China were found in this place. Tea from these places is highly valued among tea connoisseurs of Sheng Pu'Er for its excellent organoleptic properties. Still, Shu Pu'Er from these places is no less beautiful and worthy of special attention. We are pleased to present high-quality and noble tea skillfully made by masters and ready to please even the most sophisticated. The tea is pressed into 8g coins from raw materials harvested and processed in 2018 and aged for three years as loose tea before being pressed in 2021. Due to the special form of pressing, the tea retains its integrity, and we can see neat whole leaves. The pressing degree is medium, making it easy to disassemble the tea into separate tea leaves.

ORGANOLEPTICS
The dry tea leaf has a woody freshness, nutty sweetness, and slightly dried fruit notes. Typical Menghai character, making connoisseurs of this category of tea experience the anticipation of a beautiful tea session. The warmed tea leaves continue with pleasant bakery and baked bread tones. After rinsing, the aroma reveals a pure, noble, sweet, woody fragrance. This is the very case when the aroma of Shu Pu'Er wants to be noted with such wonderful organoleptic characteristics as bakery and even perfume motives. You can hear oud, nutty, caramel motifs if you listen carefully.

The taste of our tea is a symphony of sweet, mellow, and aromatic notes with a distinct woody and nutty flavor. The freshness of the drink, the deep woody taste, and long sweet aftertaste make it a benchmark taste in its category. When brewed, the tea transforms into a dark and thick, soft infusion, capable of withstanding multiple brews and revealing new nuances with each steep. It exudes a calm energy and has a soothing effect, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing tea session.
