It brews well using Eastern and Western methods and is an excellent choice for a relaxing tea ceremony or pairing with food. The best water temperature for brewing is 85–95°C, ensuring a wonderful experience for all tea lovers.
ORGANOLEPTICS
The dry tea leaves have a soft, sweet, deep aroma with hints of plum, wild berries, sweet tobacco, and honey. When warmed, they reveal notes of marmalade, sugar, and perfume. After the first steep at 85°C, the aroma opens up with gentle berry and fruity notes.
The taste is light, smooth, and clean, with sweet tobacco, woody, and honey flavors. It becomes richer with nutty and woody tones when brewed at higher temperatures. A longer steeping time creates a strong, full-bodied infusion while keeping its soft and refined character. This tea is warming and brings a feeling of calm and harmony.
GASTRONOMY
It is an excellent evening tea, perfectly matching light, creamy desserts and pastries. Its fruity notes pair well with simple fruit-based sweets. It also balances the acidity of jams and leaves a pleasant, long-lasting woody aftertaste.
