This luxury Afternoon tea is a blend of a different high altitude teas from different parts of the world, made by Andrei Ivanov, founder of AN SHIM TEA. This blend could surprise even most experienced tea drinkers. Pure early spring leaves gently processed with love and passion and blended to create a multifaceted, high-level black tea. Very delicate, but at the same time complex flavour makes this tea one of a kind.
ORGANOLEPTICS
Dry tea leaves have a light sweet nutty, milky fragrance. After rinsing aroma develop into coffee, cacao, bread notes. The taste is sweet and smooth with woody, chocolate, honey notes. A little bit fire and smoke. Well-balanced which can who can compete with famous 'gongfu' red teas from China. Due to the high-mountain material this tea is full beneficial micro-elements as well as the taste is unique you can't find anywhere else.
