TRADITIONAL ALISHAN WULONG

ORIGIN
Alishan Wulong is named after a mountain in central Taiwan. Alishan is a huge mountain range consisting of several mountain ranges. The highest peak is Datashan, at 2,663 meters above sea level. Tea gardens in the mountains are located at altitudes from 1,000 to 2,600 meters above sea level. The price of Alishan wulong depends on the altitude of the tea bushes and the labor required to harvest raw materials in the highlands. Bright sunlight, thick fog in the afternoon, and relatively cool nights benefit the vegetation of tea bushes and the accumulation of nutrients in the leaves. The late arrival of spring in the mountains is reflected in the intensity of Alishan Wulong's taste. The root system has more time to rest in winter before the next vegetation.

We are happy to introduce you to the traditional, very hard-to-find, version of Taiwanese wulong from Alishan. It is made by the 'Tan Bei' technique, which is the traditional craft of roasting tea using charcoal. As a result, we have an exceptional tea of the highest mastery with fantastic organoleptic and beneficial properties.
