The dry tea has a fresh, sweet, and woody aroma. After rinsing, the aroma transforms into notes of black bread, black currant, and nutty. Thick, deep, mineral, balsamic, and sweet taste with notes of wood, nuts, dark chocolate, liquorice, and coffee. Pleasant long-lasting aftertaste. The colour of the infusion is black with a tinge of dark amber and a tone that can remind of balsamic vinegar.
