ORGANOLEPTICS
The dry tea has a fresh, sweet, and woody aroma. After rinsing, the aroma transforms into notes of black bread, black currant, and nutty. The taste is sweet and rich, with chocolate, nutty, and caramel notes. Next infusions the taste becomes thicker and deeper, with mineral, balsamic, licorice, and coffee notes. There is a slight hint of fermentation in the taste of the tea, but the taste is deep and smooth enough to say with confidence that the next few years will turn this tea into a softer, deeper, woody, and nutty Shu Pu'Er. The tea has a silky texture and a long-lasting sweet and woody aftertaste.
