ORIGIN
Shuangjiang Mengku Tea Co. is one of the most famous and respected pu'er tea factories located in Shuangjiang country, Lincang, Yunnan, China. It was founded in 1999, but actually, started its way in 1987 as a small tea-producing factory. Nowadays, the total area occupied by the factory is 166500 square meters. Since 2007, Shuangjiang Mengku Tea Co. has been participating in a government project to grow organic raw materials without the use of chemical fertilizers. Excellent raw materials, the newest technology, quality control, and favorable geographical and climatic factors make this pu'er company one of a kind. The Shuangjiang Mengku Tea Co. produces tea under two brand names: Mu Ye Chun (Wine from tree leaves) and Rongshi Mengku.

Made according to the classic, traditional principle of medium fermentation, and consisting of the raw material of old trees, this kind of tea is very rare nowadays, and we are very pleased to present you this truly unique and rare product, reminiscent of that long-forgotten taste of the 90's.

ORGANOLEPTICS
This one is quite a legend among shu pu'er connoisseurs and a rare find nowadays. Like in the old days, this shu pu'er is made from large leaves harvested from old tea trees. Medium fermentation gives this tea a big aging potential. Aged in Guangdong in a medium wet environment from 2006 to 2020 this tea is very well-aged and has a smooth noble taste.

Dry tea leaves have the aroma of a dry wood and black paper hint. After rinsing aroma develops into more woody with a little bit of sourness. The taste is sweet and calm, deep and clean with clear woody and mineral notes. Noble tea with a perfect taste and state!
