Due to the special cultivars, climate, and quality of the tea leaves, this type of tea is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and microelements. The highest quality green teas are made from spring young buds and leaves, traditionally processed to prevent oxidation and to keep the tea leaf in its original chemical composition. Green tea regulates body temperature and is very good in the summertime.

Simpani is a small village located in Sakhejung, Ilam, eastern part of Nepal. Due to a high altitude, highland climate, rich soil and spring harvest this tea is a high-quality representative of today's Nepalese tea famous for its delicate, honey, floral flavour. Handmade high-mountain tea grown on the altitude about 1400 meters above sea level.

Beautiful different colour tea leaves have a sweet, fruity fragrance with honey and meadow flowers notes. The taste is sweet and light with citrus, floral, herbal notes. Deep and smooth, full of sweet sensation and long-lasting aftertaste.
