ORIGIN
Jin Xuan is a name of a cultivar, developed in Taiwan in early 1980's, also known as TTES #12 and famous for its 'milky note'. The taste is creamy and floral while the texture is smooth. This tea is an authentic 'milky oolong' made back in 1996 and stored, following all necessary rules to create an aged tea with noble character and taste.
ORGANOLEPTICS
Dry tea leaves have a pleasant dried fruits fragrance. After warming up tea leaves aroma develop into berries and a little bit woody notes with cognac hint. After rinsing aroma continue develop into intense citrus, creamy, floral, honey notes. The taste is sweet and smooth with deep creamy, citrus, fruity notes. A long-lasing sweet aftertaste with menthol hint.
