ORIGIN
Jin Xuan is the name of a cultivar, developed in Taiwan in the early 1980's, also known as TTES #12 and famous for its 'milky note'. The taste is creamy and floral while the texture is smooth. This tea is an authentic 'milky oolong' made back in 1996 and stored, following all necessary rules to create an aged tea with noble character and taste.
ORGANOLEPTICS
Dry tea leaves have a pleasant dried fruit fragrance. After warming up tea leaves aroma develops into berries and a little bit of woody notes with cognac hints. After rinsing aroma continues to develop into intense citrus, creamy, floral, and honey notes. The taste is sweet and smooth with deep creamy, citrus, fruity notes. A long-lasting sweet aftertaste with a menthol hint.
