SINGLE BUSH FROM PHOENIX MOUNTAIN FROM SONG DYNASTY OLD BUSH

ORIGIN
Feng Huang "Phoenix Mountain" Dan Cong "Single Bush" got its name from the place where it comes from and the type of material used in the production of this tea. There are eight main cultivars used for Feng Huang Dan Cong production. Each of them has its own unique flavour and Milan Xiang "Honey Orchid" is one of them. It is considered the highest quality tea, produced in early spring from old bushes grown high in the mountains, which gift this tea an intense aroma and taste with floral and honey notes.

ORGONOLEPTIC
This tea needs special attention and I insist on checking the 'Recommended Brewing Method' for more information. This type of tea is very aromatic and appreciating its fragrance is as important as tasting the infusion. The dry tea leaves have intense, sweet floral and honey notes with bakery and cognac nuances. After keeping it in a warmed teapot, the aroma develops into an apple pie and baked fruits. After rinsing, the fragrance transforms and double-ups in intensity with some woody and spicy nuances. The taste is light and sweet with honey, floral, and vanilla notes. The aroma cup has an exquisite fragrance with vanilla, cream, and orchid tones. The sweet long-lasting aftertaste stays all day long.

GASTRONOMY
This tea could be a nice aperitif, cold-brewed for 2-4 hours and served in champagne glasses. The spectacular aroma and gentle taste will go well with light desserts and pastry.
