This tea is one of the most famous Chinese red teas nowadays. Like authentic Yunnan tea, Dian Hong is made from tea leaves harvested from old bushes or trees that are grown in the mountains. Made from spring harvest, this tea has a sweet, deep taste with noble energy and big ageing potential.

The beautiful spring buds and leaves are covered with golden hair, which makes this tea one of the most beautiful red teas, and it is considered of the highest quality. The dry tea leaves smell refreshing and sweet with notes of chocolate and nuts. After keeping tea in a warm teapot, it starts to develop bakery notes.
