ABOUT
The Wuyishan region, located in northern Fujian province, is one of the most revered origins of wulong tea in China. With a tea history dating back over a thousand years, this UNESCO World Heritage site is known for its striking volcanic rock landscapes, mineral-rich soil, and mist-shrouded peaks. These unique environmental conditions, combined with centuries of refined craftsmanship, give rise to Yan Cha, literally "rock tea", a class of semi-oxidized teas famous for their complex structure, lasting aroma, and distinctive "rock rhyme" (yan yun).
