VIETNAM TEA TOUR 2024

Vietnam is an amazing place with its unique rhythm and melody. Starting from the noisy streets of big cities to wild jungles high in a mountain, this country is full of its own charm and kind people who are living their own unique lives. We invite everyone to join us in our annual Vietnam Tea Tour to discover this beautiful culture. We will travel to one of the best tea-producing regions and visit tea masters during spring tea production season. We will see how tea leaves are being grown and processed, as well as harvest and produce our tea. We will dive into the noisy streets of colourful Hanoi city, travel through beautiful valleys of sunny Mộc Châu, and dive deep into the jungle with ancient tea trees in foggy Hà Giang province during the best season when the weather is perfect and nature is generous. During the whole tea tour, we will discover amazing Vietnamese cuisine, traditional food, and drinks.

Tea Tour is organized by AN SHIM TEA and AN TRÀ TEA with the help of the Vietnamese Tea Association. The main goal is to make Vietnamese tea and tea culture more popular as well as to help local producers and tea entertainers grow their tea industry.

Vietnam is known as one of the oldest tea regions in the world with a vast area of ancient tea trees spreading from northeast to northwest. During the last five years, tea culture in Vietnam has experienced a renaissance and developed into something unique and original. We are proud to maintain our five-year-old tradition of organizing these professional tea events to attract new people and pay attention to Vietnam tea.

The tour is being held in small groups of 4-5 people and lasts 7 days and 7 nights.

We speak English, Vietnamese, and Russian and are ready to answer all your questions!

Our next journey will start on April 13th! Welcome!

Destination #1 - HANOI

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, the second largest city, as well as the cultural and political centre of Vietnam after Ho Chi Minh City. It covers an area of 3,500 km2 and consists of 12 urban districts, one district-leveled town, and 17 rural districts.

We will spend 4 nights in the center of this busy place, full of busy life and unforgettable atmosphere.

Destination #2 – MỘC CHÂU

Mộc Châu is a rural district of Sơn La province in the Northwest region of Vietnam, 200 kilometers from Hanoi. The district covers an area of 1,100 km². Mộc Châu is distributed on the terrain with an average elevation of more than 1,000 m above sea level.

We will spend two days at our tea master’s guest house and witness wulong tea production. Tea tasting one of the best wulongs from Vietnam as well as unforgettable landscapes around tea plantations are worth visiting this place.

Destination #3 – HÀ GIANG

Hà Giang is a province in the Northeast region of Vietnam, located in the far north of the country, and shares a 270 km long border with Yunnan province of southern China. It covers an area of 8,000 km2, comprising 1 city and 10 rural districts, with a population of over 850 thousand people.

This region is famous for its wild ancient trees grown here for hundreds and even thousands of years. The unique climate, high altitude, soil, and high level of humidity create an excellent environment for the growth of tea trees, which gives this tea a particularly special character and taste. An unforgettable place with breathtaking views and an authentic way of life.
