SINGLE BUSH FROM PHOENIX MOUNTAIN with ALMOND AROMA

ORIGIN
Feng Huang "Phenix Mountain" Dan Cong "Single Bush" got its name from the place where it comes from and type of material used in production of this tea. There are eight main cultivars used for Feng Huang Dan Cong production. Each of them has its own unique flavour and Xing Zhen Xiang "Almond Aroma" is one of them. It is considered as highest quality tea, produced early spring from old bushes grown high in a mountain, which has intense aroma and taste with floral and honey notes.

ORGONOLEPTIC
This tea need special attention and I insist to check 'Recommended Brewing Method' for more information. This type of tea is very aromatic and appreciating its fragrance is as important as to taste the infusion.

GASTRONOMY
This tea could be a nice aperitif, cold-brewed for 2-4 hours and served in champagne glasses. Amazing aroma and gentle taste will go well with light deserts and pastry.
