As you might know, almost all the best tea is being made in spring due to a special tenderness and sweetness of tea material grown right after winter rest. These teas are always much more delicate and exquisite and I'm glad to share with you some of my favorites!

MING QIAN TIAN MU SHAN LONGJING 2022
Also known as 'XiHu Longjing' is an iconic green tea with more than thousand years of history. Thanks to special climate, high altitude, rich soil, unique cultivar and fully handmade production process makes this tea one of a kind. Harvested before Qing MIng period and traditionally pan-fried by experienced tea master, this is the Highest Quality Longjing!

GAO SHAN DIAN LU 2022
High mountain green tea from Enle, Simao, Yunnan province, China. Due to a special raw material this tea has a unique aroma and taste what makes it quite different from others Chinese green teas.

ENSHI LU YU 2022
Rare green tea from Wufeng mountains, Enshi, Hubei province, China. Due to a spacial cultivar, unique chemistry of a soil and special processing method this tea is quite unique comparing with others Chinese green teas. Steamed, like Japanese teas and rich with selenium this tea has a lot of beneficial properties on a human body.

TE JI QING XIANG TIEGUANYIN 2022
Highest Mastery Tea, the result of a harmonic cooperation between nature and a man. This tea's quality depends on different aspects like weather, soil, tea leave's quality and mastery of a tea master, what makes this tea very hard-to-make. FENG HUANG YA SHI XIANG DAN CONG 2011
Classic wulong with more than 800 years of history and definitely one of the best Chinese teas. Produced in Chaozhou city, Guangdong province, China, this type of tea considered as a Highest Mastery Tea and has its own unique tea culture. Made from unique local cultivars, using highest quality tea leaves, harvested from old tea bushes, gone through a complex processing this tea has unique aroma and taste. Thanks to 60+ years old tea bushes, this tea has obvious strong energy and calming effect.

FENG HUANG SONG ZHONG DAN CONG 2011
Classic wulong with more than 800 years of history and definitely one of the best Chinese teas. This tea is made from early spring tea leaves harvested from 150+ years old tea trees. Traditionally roasted inside of a bamboo and stored for 7 years in Hong Kong, this tea develop into mature tea with strong character. Intense tea with clear Huigun, typical for Bulang tea.
